Payment and Shipping

 

We accept all major credit cards, checks, wire transfers and paypal. If you pay via check, your check must clear before items can be picked up or shipped.

 

Free shipping on all items over $1000.00

 

All prices are US Dollars and only domestic shipping.

 

Actual shipping costs and applicable New York taxes will be reflected in the Confirmation Order and Invoice. Delivery costs and estimates sales tax and use taxes are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price after you have chosen your delivery options. The actual sales tax will be calculated when we dispatch the order.

 

 

Returns & Refunds
 

Exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order with an authorization number must accompany all exchanges. To receive a number, call us at 917 579 2088. We will be unable to accept any returns without a number. All shipments must be sent via UPS or FedEx. Please insure for full value. We cannot take responsibility for any packages that are not insured for full value.

 

Refunds are given within 48 hours of receipt of item at your end. Refund will be sent out to you within 48 hours of receipt of item at our premises. 

 

NOTE: If your original order qualified for free shipping and you decide to return for reasons other than undisclosed defects/damage, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the amount that you are refunded.
